The “I Love Rollerblading” buttons will be making their way across the USA tonight. There’s about 70 (minus one that i gave to a girl at the UPS store) of them on their way down to Doug Urquhart (www.misledlab.com) in Atlanta. From there they will be traveling with Doug to the Official Barely Dead premiere in La Jolla (California), where he’ll be giving them out to people at the event.

So, I just wanted to let you guys in on that. It’s pretty cool when you think about how many people will be at the premiere, how many pros, industry heads, and skaters from all over will be there and see the VM logo come up on the screen before Barely Dead starts.

Alot of people will be exposed to VM this weekend, and the Canadian rolling scene. I know right now it’s really mostly the Toronto scene that’s represented most on VM, but that’s cause we live here and can’t afford to be driving all around the country (if i could i would).

So if you’re reading this and live outside of the GTA and want to contribute in some way to VM and the rolling community in Canada then email us and we’ll starting working together to get your local scene some exposure.

Proceeds from these buttons have already gone to help support the Official Barely Dead premiere in La Jolla, and the rest of the proceeds will go to help keep VM up and running on the world wide web.
